The rate applied to your order is determined by the size and weight of the items in your cart - standard pieces ship at the base rate, while oversized or heavier items may attract a higher rate. Dispatch

We ship all parcels via trusted carriers, including Australia Post for international deliveries, providing reliable, tracked delivery wherever you may be.

Orders are dispatched within the timeframes noted on each product page. As a small, independently run business based in regional Australia, every order is carefully packed by us - not a warehouse. While this means dispatch times may differ from larger retailers, it ensures the thoughtful, personal experience our customers value.

During collection launches, seasonal releases, or peak periods, dispatch times may extend slightly.

Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


Back-Order & High-Demand Items

We try not to presell products, however when a piece sells out quickly and demand is there, we may secure additional stock and make it available for purchase while it is on its way to us.

Where this applies, the product page will clearly note an extended dispatch window - for example, "Please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for dispatch." We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.


Large & Oversized Pieces

Some pieces in our collection are larger or heavier than standard, and these items are assigned a higher shipping rate to reflect their size and weight. The applicable rate for your order is calculated automatically at checkout - there are no surprises, and you will always see your total shipping cost before you pay.

For particularly large or freight-only pieces, our team may contact you prior to dispatch if any additional arrangements are required.


Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.


In Transit

Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered in the care of the shipping provider.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes and parcel handling are managed by the shipping provider. While delays or transit issues can occasionally occur, we will always assist where possible in helping resolve any concerns.


Authority to Leave

If you will not be home during delivery, we recommend including Authority to Leave instructions at the time of ordering so your parcel can be left safely. This can be added in the order notes at checkout.


International Orders: Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure of any applicable fees before placing your order.
