Harolds Finishing Touches proudly ships worldwide, sending our carefully curated pieces to homes and gardens across the globe.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will convert to your local currency at checkout through your chosen payment provider.  Many of our international customers enjoy favourable exchange rates when shopping with us.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping based on your location:

Dispatch & Delivery

We ship all parcels via trusted carriers, including Australia Post for international deliveries, providing reliable, tracked delivery wherever you may be.  Please note that once your parcel enters the destination country's postal network, tracking updates are managed by the local postal service and may be less frequent than you are used to.

Orders are dispatched within the timeframes noted on each product page.  As a small, independently run business based in regional Australia, every order is carefully packed by us, not a warehouse.  While this means dispatch times may differ from larger retailers, it ensures the thoughtful, personal experience our customers value.

Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

In Transit

Once your order has been dispatched, it is considered in the care of the shipping provider.

Harolds Finishing Touches is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit, however we will always assist where possible to help resolve any issues with the carrier.

Authority to Leave

For those not home during delivery, we recommend including Authority to Leave instructions at the time of ordering so your parcel can be left safely.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

If contacted by your local customs authority, your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase and value and can be forwarded if required.

United Kingdom Orders to the UK are delivered via Australia Post in partnership with Royal Mail. Under the Australia-UK Free Trade Agreement, customs duties do not apply to most orders. Import VAT is payable on arrival - Royal Mail will notify you via a "Fee to Pay" card, and payment can be made online before delivery is scheduled.

European Union EU customers should be aware that VAT applies to all imported goods regardless of value. Import VAT is collected by your local postal or customs authority upon arrival. We recommend checking current rates with your local customs service before placing your order.
